It can feel like things only work because you’re holding them together.


So you stay on top of everything.
You keep going.


Until you can’t.


You swing between being completely on it and completely exhausted.


At some point, your body starts to take the impact.


You’re used to being the responsible one.
The strong one.
The one who copes.


And it’s no longer sustainable.

HOW I WORK

My work is thoughtful and structured, focusing on what sits beneath your current experience.

We look at how you think, feel and relate, and begin to understand why certain patterns keep repeating.

This includes exploring identity, emotional responses, and the roles you have learned to take on in relationships, family and wider contexts.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what has felt difficult to shift on your own.

Over time, this leads to change that feels more grounded and sustainable.


This is steady, consistent work that unfolds over time.

FEES

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly at the same time each week.


My fee is £75 per session.


I work with a limited number of clients in the UK & internationally to ensure depth and consistency in the work.
